Aperture Office Refurbishment

LHC’s interiors team were commissioned to undertake the comprehensive remodelling of this tired office development on an established Exeter business park, to provide a more contemporary offer and to bring the environment up to modern standards.

We worked with the client, Wesleyan, to create fully-refurbished offices which now provide highly flexible, open plan spaces and a stunning atrium with a spectacular new ceiling feature and light well. The LHC Graphics team also created a new graphic identity and sales particulars.

The Pynes Hill office development was originally built in 1989, offering 32,000 sq ft of lettable space over three floors. It was fully occupied up until Dec 2017 but was in need of updating.

LHC have carefully sub-divided the lettable area as a key way of introducing flexibility of tenure space. Communal collaboration space has also been included within the atrium and large first floor balcony.

The LHC graphics team was also asked to design new branding and graphic identity to support the agents and client in marketing to potential tenants. A new name, logo, sales brochures and signage were all produced, contributing to 60% of space being under offer prior to handover of the project, with strong interest in the remaining space.
