September 2008 – Cattedown Project commended at top Regeneration Awards

LHC's award winning regeneration scheme in Plymouth's East End Village received another commendation this month. At the Regeneration & Renewal Awards 2008, presented in London on 18 September, the scheme was 'Highly Commended' in the 'Mixed Use Project of the Year'. It was only pipped at the post by 'Liverpool One', a £1.3 billion scheme in the heart of the European City of Culture 2008.
