September 2009 – LHC's Quality Management praised in face of tough times for architectural profession.

Despite the impact of the current economic climate and the difficult trading conditions that has brought, the LHC Group has maintained its commitment to the high standards of its Quality Management System with particular emphasis on both quality and service delivery.

This rigorous approach has been fully endorsed through another very successful report following an ISO9001:2000 audit in 2009 by independent external assessors. Their report stated that "The system continues to be managed in a thorough and methodical way, with widespread system refinements and changes being identified and incorporated."

The assessment recognised that while the architectural profession as a whole was going through very difficult trading conditions, LHC has demonstrated that the management system has been maintained in accordance with ISO 9001 : 2000.

LHC is committed to providing a high quality design service. Our Quality Management System is certified by Lloyds Registry and the company is subject to regular review to ensure its effectiveness and to provide for continuing improvement. We're delighted to say that our audit was successful and our certification was renewed.
