Recently achieving full planning consent, the scheme comprises 132 luxury waterfront apartments with 3,000 sq m of commercial accommodation below, situated along the Sutton Harbour waters edge. The scheme will be composed of three distinct blocks of five, 10 and 20 storeys in height which will add dramatically to the Plymouth city skyline. It will also create new links and a quayside walkway.
