We’re delighted that our scheme for twenty new houses for Cavanna Homes, in the picturesque village of Woodbury, East Devon, has been approved by East Devon District Council.
LHC originally secured outline consent for Clinton Devon Estates in 2014, and have been working with Cavanna Homes to achieve Reserved Matters approval. Our urban designers and architects worked closely with the Conservation Officer for the area as the site is on the edge of Woodbury’s conservation area, and the resulting house designs are in the local vernacular and make excellent use of local materials.
Our technical team is working to deliver full technical specifications and working drawings using the Revit software package.
