Kate qualified as an architect in 2016, studying first at the University of Sheffield and subsequently gaining a Master of Architecture (Dist.) from Plymouth University and her Professional Practice Diploma from Bath where she won the award for Best Overall Student.
Kate has broad experience in the residential sector, historic buildings, later living and mixed-use commercial schemes. She has a particular aptitude for interpreting a client brief in imaginative concept designs. Strong hand-drawing skills help to communicate sometimes challenging concepts quickly and effectively in meetings, or when there are tight timescales.
Skills include concept development and contract administration, illustration, Cad, Sketchup and working to BIM procedures.
