Project Architect

Hugo joined LHC in 2016 and has recently passed his RIBA Part 3 qualification to become a fully qualified architect.

He has particular expertise in domestic residential, conservation and designing with natural ecological materials and construction methods. His recent projects with LHC include the conversion of a large, listed teacher training building into apartments at the former University of South Wales campus at Caerleon; and the restoration and conversion into apartments of Seafield House, an early 19th century house on the coast at Westward Ho!

Prior to joining LHC, Hugo was lead on a community housing development which involved the building of six timber frame and straw bale insulated houses as part of a self-build house building project near Totnes.
