It’s easy to come up with clichés, but we really mean, and do, what we say. We do our best work in collaboration with clients, the engineering and construction teams and each other.

At the beginning of a project, a specialist LHC team, led by a Director, is assembled to suit the demands of the particular job. Through the life of the project we employ a problem solving, collaborative approach based on regular design-team workshops and internal reviews. This system of reviews helps to keep the job ‘on brief’ and ensures that design excellence, sustainability, value for money and build-safety are incorporated into the process from the earliest stage.

Up-to-date IT handles efficient resource planning, our Ecotect system allows us to model environmental impact, and an online time-management system makes for straightforward monitoring of project progress.

Of course it’s not all work. We manage to fit in playtime… and coffee and cakes.
